Adaptation/Localization
Some ideas and concepts cannot be directly translated into another language. An adaptation creates a new document in a second language that conveys the same message as the original text, taking into account the target audience

For your convenience, we offer a range of other linguistic services, from text revision to document quality assessment. We can improve a text by making grammatical and stylistic corrections and proposing solutions to make the text easier to read and understand.
We will carefully read your pre-production proofs in print or multi-media format and suggest the necessary corrections.
Commercial Correspondence
Style and format of well-written correspondence varies from country to country. Kaleidoscope produces excellent and effective letters for all occasions, including facsimile and electronic mail transmissions. We also offer complete word and data processing in English, French, and German and handle telephone calls with your overseas associates.
File Format
Send us your documents by fax or mail in hard copy or on disk, via e-mail, or send us your URL for FTP download.
We will deliver the final product in the format of your preference using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Adobe PageMaker, Photoshop, Illustrator; Dreamweaver; in hard copy using a high quality laser or colour printer, on disk, by e-mail attachment, or FTP upload directly to your website.
Standard formatting is included, desktop publishing and web-design upon request.
